Methods to bring the mind into deep relaxation through gentle pacing have been used by Dr. Jeffrey Thompson, DC, B.F.A in creating this Audio Program which, in a pleasant, non-invasive manner allows the person listening to the CD to remove energy blocks in his/her thinking which may be holding them back from more full personal growth.
